JCS reaches out to all who are in need – the unemployed and underemployed, the homeless and near homeless, immigrants, the frail elderly, individuals with physical and developmental challenges, families in crisis, those struggling with addictions, at-risk youth, victims of domestic violence, and neglected and abused children.
